Currin Outdoor Living is growing, and we are currently hiring for leadership positions within our Landscape Installation and Landscape Maintenance departments.

Compensation & Benefits

Landscape Installation Crew Leader

  • $60,000–$70,000 per year based on experience

Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader

  • $20–26 per hour depending on experience

Landscape Installation Crew Leader

Lead the installation team in bringing custom outdoor environments to life.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and working alongside a crew of 2–4 team members

  • Installing landscapes and outdoor living projects from detailed plans and designs

  • Operating landscape equipment such as mini excavators, skid steers, and compactors

  • Driving light-duty dump trucks and safely trailering equipment

  • Tracking materials, labor, and daily production

  • Coordinating with the production manager to ensure projects stay on schedule

  • Maintaining organization of tools, trucks, and job sites

Ideal candidates are passionate about landscaping, teamwork, and creating high-quality outdoor spaces. Spanish-speaking ability is a plus.

Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader

Lead the maintenance team in keeping high-end outdoor spaces clean, healthy, and pristine.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and working alongside a crew of 2–4 teammates

  • Assigning tasks, coaching team members, and maintaining quality standards

  • Operating and maintaining landscape maintenance equipment

  • Driving a truck and trailer safely between jobsites

  • Communicating professionally with clients regarding services and property needs

  • Ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and with attention to detail

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented leaders who enjoy mentoring others and delivering exceptional service. Experience with LMN Time or landscape-related software is a plus.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record

  • Landscape industry experience preferred

  • Ability to safely operate landscape equipment

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

  • Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic

  • Ability to work collaboratively with crews and management

Physical Demands & Work Environment

Both positions involve prolonged standing, walking, lifting, bending, kneeling, climbing, carrying materials, operating equipment, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Employees must frequently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.

Work environments may include exposure to landscaping equipment, noise, dust, pollen, uneven terrain, wet surfaces, insects, vibrations, and outdoor elements. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
