Landscape Construction Field Manager
Currin Outdoor Living is seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Field Manager to lead the execution and quality control of our custom landscape projects. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for your crew, ensuring that every phase of construction meets our high standards for quality, safety, and timeliness.

As the Landscape Construction Field Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Read and interpret landscape designs, work orders, and blueprints to ensure accurate project execution.
- Lead and work alongside a crew of 2-4 team members to complete high-end landscape installations.
- Manage daily operations, including task logs, crew hours, and material orders for assigned projects.
- Visit active job sites daily to inspect installation quality, verify adherence to plans/codes, and ensure site safety.
- Operate various equipment such as mini excavators, skid steers, mini track loaders, and chainsaws.
- Drive light-duty dump trucks and adhere to proper trailering methods.
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot field issues, providing solutions to keep projects on track.
- Communicate project progress, delays, or needs effectively to the Director of Installations, project team, and clients.
- Maintain an orderly work environment by keeping shops, trucks, and job sites organized.
- Work in all weather conditions, demonstrating resilience in hot, cold, and variable outdoor environments.
Required Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in landscape construction or hardscape installation.
- Demonstrated experience leading field crews, managing projects, and operating heavy equipment.
- A valid Driver’s License with a clean record.
- Experience driving light-duty dump trucks and trailering.
Ideal Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven technical knowledge of planting, irrigation systems, drainage, and natural stone or concrete products.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented – must be able to follow and execute complex processes, track and maintain to-do lists, and comply with rigid deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills – must be able to manage crew dynamics and provide professional, clear updates to clients and internal leadership.
- Ability to speak Spanish and English (Bilingual) is a strong plus.
- Strong ability and interest to learn and utilize construction technology tools and platforms.
- High level of character and integrity.

Physical Demands
The position requires various physical activities, including standing for long periods, walking on uneven terrain, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing, reaching, lifting, carrying, and handling construction materials. Candidates must be able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
Work Environment
The physical demands of this position include being exposed to various outdoor conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and humidity. You will frequently work on active construction sites involving heavy machinery, noise, vibrations, and dust.

- Potential exposure to electrical hazards and hazardous materials (e.g., fertilizers, chemicals, irrigation components).
- Working on or near wet, slippery surfaces or uneven terrain.
